Born and raised in Washington D.C for the first few years of his life, Hasmon Abraham II moved to the state of Maryland with his parents, brother, and two sisters. He comes from a musically gifted family where his father and brother are guitarists, a cousin plays multiple instruments, and whole family sings. Hasmon began playing drums at the age of 3. He grew up playing in the church and later branched off to play other genres. At the age of 10, he had the honor of playing behind singer/songwriter Roberta Flack. In 2015 he graduated from Suitland High School where he was accepted into the school’s Center of Visual and Performing Arts program. There he studied under orchestral/chamber percussionist, Dane Krich.
